At MAYBO Pet, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in its original, unopened packaging.

- Be returned within 14 days of delivery.

- Have proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

A Return Request May Be Declined if:

-The order has not been fulfilled.

-The items are listed as no-returnable.

-The return is initiated the allowed return period.

-An incorrect order number or email address is provided. 


Quality Issues:

If your item arrives damaged, or the contents are found to be moldy, contaminated, or abnormal, we will offer a full refund or replacement.
We take product quality and safety seriously. If you encounter any concerns with the condition of your treats, please contact us immediately with photos and your order number.

Due to the nature of our products (edible pet treats), we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any items that have been opened or used. Once opened, products are considered non-returnable for health and safety reasons.
